You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.Registration, Site Upload, Username, and Passwords
Attorneys and Legal Representatives
Attorneys, paralegals, and law firms confirm they have the authority to upload documents, communicate with clients, and purchase services on behalf of the individuals or companies they represent. They also confirm that they meet all required qualifications, certifications, or licenses necessary to act as a legal preparer, paralegal, or attorney under applicable jurisdictional law. Legal professionals acknowledge that they, not ImmiBlocks, LLC, are solely responsible for providing legal advice, representation, or judgment. All legal representatives are personally and professionally bound by these terms.
Vendors and Service Providers
Vendors providing services through ImmiBlocks agree to maintain accurate business and credential information, deliver services as described, and only use client materials for the purposes of fulfilling engagements through the platform. Vendors authorize ImmiBlocks to share documents relevant to service fulfillment and accept these terms as a condition for using the platform.
Petitioners, Beneficiaries, or Companies Representing a Visa Applicant
Individuals and/or legal entities applying for immigration benefits, or companies representing such individuals, confirm they have the legal authority to share documents and information and to authorize legal and vendor services on behalf of them or the beneficiary. By using the platform, they agree to abide by all applicable terms and grant ImmiBlocks the right to transmit case information to assigned attorneys, vendors, or reviewers.
All users
ImmiBlocks, LLC does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for licensed legal counsel. All users of the platform—including attorneys, vendors, and petitioners—acknowledge and agree that ImmiBlocks does not review legal content for compliance or correctness and does not engage in the practice of law.
2. ImmiBlocks, LLC’s Purpose and Role
ImmiBlocks relies on AI-generated content, templates, and tools throughout its platform. These tools are intended to assist users but not replace professional review. Users are solely responsible for ensuring such outputs are accurate and appropriate for legal submission. Unless otherwise stated, all outputs and interactions on the platform may involve or incorporate artificial intelligence tools.
ImmiBlocks, LLC provides a collaborative platform to streamline immigration processes through modular workflows and visual case tracking. Services may include document preparation, AI-assisted drafting, case status tracking, vendor referrals, and paralegal or legal review services. ImmiBlocks facilitates connections and workflow tools but is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. If you are referred to a third party, ImmiBlocks, LLC is not a party to that relationship and disclaims liability for third-party services. ImmiBlocks does not control, create, or verify the content that attorneys, vendors, or users submit to the platform and expressly disclaims all liability for services rendered by attorneys, vendors, or any other third parties using the platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content and services they use or provide.
Immiblocks, LLC does not assume any responsibility for the content, intellectual property rights, or factual accuracy of any documentation uploaded to the platform. Users acknowledge and agree that all documents they upload remain their sole responsibility. They retain ownership of their materials and accept full liability for their accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with intellectual property laws.
3. Your Use of the Site
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and provide truthful and accurate information. You must not misuse the platform to upload false or misleading documents or attempt to impersonate others.
4. Payment Processing
All payments must be made directly through the ImmiBlocks platform using third-party payment processors. These may include, but are not limited to, Stripe, Block (Square), PayPal, Wise, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other commonly used processors. ImmiBlocks reserves the right to add, remove, or change its payment providers at any time without prior notice. Transactions are prepaid and processed in U.S. Dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.1 Refund Policy & Warranty
Each vendor on the ImmiBlocks platform maintains their own refund and revision policy. If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service, you must first attempt to resolve it directly with the vendor. In some cases, ImmiBlocks may evaluate the situation and side with the purchaser. If so, the vendor assumes responsibility for the cost of any refund issued through the platform.
In cases where ImmiBlocks processes a refund on behalf of a vendor, please note that credit card processing fees, which typically range between 3% to 6%, are non-refundable. Additionally, ImmiBlocks charges an additional 1% service fee on all transactions, which is also non-refundable.
Vendors who exhibit a high frequency or pattern of refunds will have their accounts reviewed by ImmiBlocks. In cases where the pattern suggests poor service quality, non-compliance with platform standards, or customer dissatisfaction, ImmiBlocks may, at its sole discretion, remove the vendor from the platform.
Maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service. For multiple purchases from a single firm, our total liability across any calendar year is capped at the value of the highest single service purchased.
5. Non-Circumvention
All users—including individuals, petitioners, attorneys, law firms, agents, or representatives—agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, engage, or compensate professionals introduced via ImmiBlocks, LLC for related services outside of the platform for thirty (30) months from the latest transaction.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the original purchase was made by a petitioner, their attorney, or a third party on their behalf. Circumvention through affiliates or proxies is also prohibited.
Exceptions include:
-
Pre-existing business relationships
-
Written consent from ImmiBlocks, LLC
-
Payment of an opt-out fee equal to $5,000 or 80% of total billings over 24 months, whichever is greater
"Violations may result in immediate injunctive relief and/or liquidated damages of $5,000 or 80% of total billings over 24 months. If the violating user or vendor has been on the platform for fewer than 24 months, billings will be projected to 24 months based on their average monthly revenue. If detected independently, damages will be doubled to $10,000 or 160% of the projected 24-month billings, whichever is greater."
These terms apply retroactively and remain enforceable for all past and future transactions.
6. Release and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this section shall limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
You agree not to hold ImmiBlocks, its contractors, vendors, or experts liable for damages related to:
-
Missed deadlines, submission errors, or delays caused by system access, vendor response time, or user inaction
-
Platform delays, bugs, or errors
-
Inaccessibility

Inaccuracies or issues with third-party content

-
Violation of applicable law
-
Infringement of third-party rights

Breaches of this Agreement or unauthorized use of the Site
-
ImmiBlocks agrees to indemnify users for claims arising directly from ImmiBlocks’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Agreement and Termination
ImmiBlocks reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion. Before suspension or delisting of a vendor due to service quality or customer dissatisfaction, the vendor will be notified and given an opportunity to respond or address concerns. Accounts may still be suspended or terminated without prior notice in the event of fraud, legal violations, or other critical breaches. In cases of termination, any unused funds will be returned minus applicable fees. Violations of these terms may result in forfeiture of funds and denial of further access.
9. Disputes and Applicable Law

ImmiBlocks retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court for violations involving intellectual property or non-circumvention breaches.
10. Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing
All documents, forms, templates, evaluations, and plans created or facilitated by ImmiBlocks, LLC remain its exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited. Vendors, attorneys, and others may have additional protections as terms of their own services.
Vendor-submitted content and intellectual property is acknowledged as the vendor's original work product. Purchasers or clients may use such content only as needed to complete the associated service and may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute it beyond that purpose.
This license does not extend to other users or third parties, who are expressly prohibited from using vendor content without explicit vendor approval. ImmiBlocks does not claim ownership over vendor intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use content strictly for its intended purpose.
ImmiBlocks may review or reference user-submitted content as part of quality control, performance monitoring, or service improvement practices, provided such use does not involve reproducing, publishing, or disclosing vendor-specific or confidential details outside the intended context. Such internal use shall exclude direct copying of proprietary vendor work or publicly identifiable elements. Aggregated insights and generalized patterns derived from platform activity may be used by ImmiBlocks to improve platform functionality, develop new features, or enhance user experience.
Users may not share, distribute, modify, or sell content without proper authorization. Misuse may result in license revocation, legal action, and penalties of no less than $500 per violation, in addition to damages and legal fees.
Entities such as legal tech firms, consultants, or immigration services must obtain a written license for any use of templates. Adaptation or derivative use without express written permission constitutes a breach of this agreement.
11. Platform Risk Disclosures, Data Security, and Privacy
ImmiBlocks is committed to safeguarding user data and maintaining the confidentiality of documents submitted through the platform. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to secure data, but no system is immune to vulnerabilities. Users acknowledge that risks such as cybersecurity attacks, data breaches, and service disruptions may occur. ImmiBlocks disclaims liability for damages resulting from unauthorized access, data corruption, temporary or permanent platform downtime, or malicious third-party activity.
While ImmiBlocks enables the use of AI and automation tools, all content generated by or through the platform must be reviewed by qualified professionals. ImmiBlocks disclaims responsibility for any reliance on automated outputs. ImmiBlocks does not review content for legal sufficiency.
Users acknowledge that ImmiBlocks is not liable for the conduct or performance of vendors, attorneys, or service providers on the platform. Vendors shall not be held liable for platform-related outages, payment processing failures, or system errors outside their control. ImmiBlocks and vendors share joint responsibility for seeking to prevent and respond to fraudulent behavior or misuse of the platform. While efforts are made to mitigate risks, ImmiBlocks cannot guarantee that all bad actors will be identified or prevented from using the platform. Vendors and legal professionals are independent contractors and not employees or agents of ImmiBlocks.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify ImmiBlocks immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. ImmiBlocks may suspend or revoke access at its discretion.
ImmiBlocks may access or review user-submitted content for quality assurance and performance monitoring, including fraud detection and service improvements. Aggregated data, anonymized insights, and usage patterns may be used to enhance platform operations and features. By using the platform, users consent to this type of internal data use.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
