Zachary Johnson
Co-Founder
Zach is also the founder of ProfVal.com, a company that supports over 200 law firms and has helped support thousands of immigration petitions. Through ProfVal, Zach has worked closely with hundreds of attorneys to streamline complex processes, enhance client communication, and deliver high-quality expert letters and business services at scale. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the operational and challenges law firms face, particularly in immigration law. With a background as a tenured Associate Professor and Associate Dean at Adelphi University’s School of Business, Zach brings academic insight and strategic thinking to every solution he builds. His research in ethics and consumer behavior has been featured in top journals and cited by outlets such as Forbes and U.S. News & World Report. Zach founded ImmiBlocks to help law firms save time, reduce errors, and modernize their workflows using secure, intuitive technology. Built on years of direct collaboration with legal professionals, ImmiBlocks reflects his ongoing commitment to helping attorneys work smarter—not harder—while delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Technical Co-Founder
Petros is the founder and director of Apiro, an IT services and software development consultancy with over 25 years of industry experience. He has extensive expertise across consultancy, software development, support, and IT operations management, successfully delivering projects in multiple sectors including Banking & Finance, Health, Government, Aged Care, Loyalty, Retail, Market Data, and Events. Throughout his career, Petros has worked with a diverse portfolio of companies and institutions such as Macquarie Bank, DBS Bank Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, ANZ Royal Cambodia, GlobalSignIn, AMP, Westpac, HealthDirect Australia, SafeEntry, Sage Software, MongoDB, and Norwich Union. His professional experience spans across multiple countries, having led complex IT projects in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cambodia, China, India, Philippines, Myanmar, and Europe. Petros has successfully managed programs ranging from small projects under $100K to large-scale programs exceeding $50M. Notable achievements include: Delivered a complete AWS cloud migration for ANZ Bank and ANZ Royal Cambodia (>$50M program). Led a business and IT separation program for ANZ Royal Cambodia following ANZ’s divestment. Built a Market Data platform for DBS Bank Singapore (budget $12M). Delivered post-acquisition business separation services for Sage Software ($2M project). With a strong focus on maximizing ROI, maintaining high software quality, and aligning business strategy with technology delivery, Petros also provides vendor management services to ensure clients maintain full oversight and quality control of their external development partners. Petros held positions at leading companies including Macquarie Bank (Vendor Management and AI Platform Enablement), UST (Professional Services Director), GlobalSignIn (Director of Professional Services), ANZ Royal, Qantas Loyalty, Healthdirect Australia, IBM, and others, in various leadership, engineering, and program management roles. Today, Petros helps organizations unlock business value through AI enablement and expert data-driven strategies. By applying advanced AI integration and deep knowledge of data platforms, he supports companies in improving decision-making, optimizing processes, and maximizing ROI from their technology investments — while maintaining security, compliance, and long-term operational resilience.

Diana is a strategy and operations leader known for bringing structure to complexity. With a background in engineering and deep experience leading transformation across Fortune 500 supply chains, Diana has spent her career designing scalable systems in high-stakes environments - from semiconductors and aerospace to fintech and healthcare. As co-founder of ImmiBlocks, she applies that same systems-first approach to immigration law. By combining operational rigor with thoughtful technology, Diana helps law firms and service providers streamline case preparation, reduce friction, and build workflows that actually work. Her methodology is rooted in real-world application - developed through GuidedVenture and refined alongside a top-tier development team. Diana has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain and has advised government leaders on macro-level industrial strategy. Today, she focuses on building tools that unlock clarity, scale, and resilience in complex ecosystems like global mobility.

Sam has over 17 years of integration experience within Australia’s financial institutions, logistics and utility industries. In particular, he has an excellent track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar programs and projects in the finance industry. Sam has led and delivered multiple award-winning mobile applications into production, for ASX "Top 50" companies, and has a reputation for rescuing "at risk" projects.

Zach is a business strategist, educator, and entrepreneur. After founding and growing his last company to over $1M in annual revenue with minimal financial investment within its first two years, Zach is now focused on using his expertise to helping others launch and grow their businesses to reach their full potential. Previously a tenured Associate Professor and Associate Dean at Adelphi University’s Willumstad School of Business, Zach combines deep academic knowledge with hands-on business leadership. His research has been featured in top journals, including Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Consumer Marketing, and Journal of Brand Management. His insights have been cited by publications such as Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, and Fox Business. Zach has long been committed to helping others. As an academic researcher, much of his research focused on social responsibility and influencers of helping behaviors. As a professor, he taught students about the fundamentals of marketing and wove the importance of ethics throughout his courses. Through GuidedVenture, he is committed to guiding small businesses through the complexities of growth, helping them navigate challenges, optimize operations, and create lasting value.

Federico Hurtado
Paralegal & Head of Partnerships
Federico has over 6 years of legal experience, including more than 2 years dedicated specifically to U.S. business immigration, with a focus on employment-based processes. He brings specialized expertise in EB2-NIW, EB1A, and PERM petitions, and has successfully prepared hundreds of well-documented, persuasive cases that meet the complex requirements of USCIS and comply with INA regulatory standards.
