Jaume is a business and strategy consultant with a strong background in technology recruitment, economic analysis, and financial advisory. With experience across the banking, crypto, and tech sectors, he has guided companies through talent acquisition strategies, market positioning, and operational growth.

Before transitioning into business consulting, Jaume served as a IT recruitment consultant at Robert Walters, where he partnered with top-tier tech companies across Spain to identify, attract, and retain high-performing talent in software, data, and hardware domains. His achievements earned him the United Award 2024 and Innovation Award 2023, recognizing his contribution to digital talent strategy and innovation.

He also co-founded a crypto education platform, where he advised on blockchain strategy, DeFi models, and NFT ecosystems—bridging financial literacy with real-world applications. In his early career, Jaume managed a portfolio of over 2,000 retail banking clients at CaixaBank, providing comprehensive financial advice on investments, credit, and insurance products.
